Allied Health

Independent practitioners work in multi-disciplinary teams together with medical and nursing staff to facilitate quality, effective and efficient health care.

Allied health practitioners may deliver also direct patient care or provide support in diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and health improvement interventions to restore and maintain optimal physical, sensory, psychological, cognitive and social functions.

Many first-class allied health services such as nursing care, counselling, physiotherapy, and audiology services can be accessed in-house at The Clinic 279.

We have close connections with all other first-class services, which are available nearby or within our hospitals, local facilities as well as in community and mental health services.
